Meet The Team

Hi, my name is Alex, and my wife and I own and operate Sunset Blinds. We are a local, family-owned window treatment company based in Lincoln, Nebraska.


Since our official opening in December 2018, we’ve had the privilege of working with homeowners and businesses throughout Lincoln, Waverly, Gretna, and the surrounding communities. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and spent several years working full-time in quality control while building Sunset Blinds during evenings and weekends.


In July of 2022, I gave my life to our Lord and Savior and married the love of my life in August of 2022. Today, we live in Lincoln—where I was born and raised—and are working every day to be great parents to our two daughters.


In January of 2025, I took a leap of faith and stepped away from my career in quality control to dedicate my full attention to Sunset Blinds. It has been an incredible journey, marked by record growth and overwhelming support. We are truly honored to serve our community by providing quality window treatments designed to last for years to come.
